The winter path

Slagnäs Vinterstigen (VS):

The winter hiking trail starts at the rest area in Slagnäs, crosses the railway and leads past the former elementary school, before you reach the Slagnäs peninsula through a piece of forest. You always hike parallel to the water over fields and through pieces of forest until you pass the church before the track finally leads back through the village past the campsite to the rest area where you started.

Start- and endpoint: Rest area Slagnäsforsen; Length 4 km; app. hiking time 1h, snow-proof footwear needed
